Been smoking briskets and pork butts on this for over a year now. Holds temp rock solid once you dial in the vents. Heavy steel really helps in windy or cold weather.
Fits two full racks of ribs plus a chicken with room to spare. Only complaint is the built-in gauge reads about 15 degrees low compared to my Thermapen, so I just use my own probe now.
Assembly took a bit longer than expected because the instructions skip a few steps, but once built it's a tank. Great smoke ring and flavor every time.
