The Broil King Regal S590 Pro stands as a flagship gas grill designed for serious backyard chefs who demand both power and precision. Constructed with a durable stainless steel body, this grill combines rugged good looks with long-lasting performance, standing up to the elements year after year. Its five main stainless steel burners deliver a combined output that provides even, consistent heat across the expansive cooking surface, while the dual-tube burner design ensures reliable ignition and steady flame distribution. The heavy-gauge stainless steel construction extends to the lid and cabinet, giving the grill a commercial-grade feel that signals quality craftsmanship at every glance. At the heart of the Regal S590 Pro's cooking system is Broil King's signature Flav-R-Wave cooking system, which vaporizes drippings to infuse food with rich, smoky flavor while minimizing flare-ups. The cast stainless steel cooking grids retain heat exceptionally well and create those coveted sear marks on steaks, burgers, and vegetables alike. An integrated rear rotisserie burner with a heavy-duty rotisserie kit allows for slow-roasted perfection on whole chickens or roasts, expanding the versatility of this grill well beyond basic grilling. A side burner adds further functionality, letting users simmer sauces or sear sides without needing to step away from the main cooking area, making this unit a true outdoor kitchen centerpiece. Practical details round out the Regal S590 Pro's appeal, including a spacious main cooking area complemented by a warming rack, giving ample room to prepare full meals for family gatherings or larger parties. The cart-style design features cabinet storage with towel bars and integrated tool hooks, keeping grilling accessories organized and within reach. Convenient side shelves offer extra prep space, while the built-in temperature gauge on the lid allows for easy monitoring without lifting the hood. Smooth-rolling caster wheels make repositioning simple, and the overall build quality reflects Broil King's reputation for producing grills that perform reliably season after season, making the Regal S590 Pro a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about elevating their outdoor cooking experience.
The Growl Grates are a game changer for steaks. Even heat across the whole surface and the smoker box actually works well for ribs.
Performance is fantastic once set up, but building this thing took my husband and me almost 4 hours. Worth it in the end.
Used the rotisserie for a whole chicken and it came out perfect. Build quality feels very solid and premium.
Definitely an investment but the dual-tube burners heat up fast and hold temperature well even in windy conditions.
