The Blackstone Adventure Ready 2 Burner griddle is built for cooks who want restaurant-style flat-top results wherever they set up camp, tailgate, or backyard gathering. At its core is a 28-inch cooking surface crafted from cold-rolled steel, giving it the durability and heat retention that Blackstone is known for, while two independently controlled burners deliver a combined 24,000 BTUs of cooking power. This allows users to sear proteins on one side while simmering vegetables or keeping food warm on the other, offering the kind of temperature zone flexibility that makes outdoor cooking far more versatile than a traditional grill. What sets the Adventure Ready model apart is its focus on portability and self-sufficiency, making it ideal for road trips, camping excursions, and off-grid adventures. The unit comes equipped with a built-in battery-powered ignition system, so there’s no need to fuss with matches or lighters even in windy or damp conditions. It also includes an integrated LED lighting system, allowing cooks to griddle up breakfast before sunrise or dinner after dark without needing a separate light source. The folding legs and compact design make it easy to break down and stow in a truck bed, RV storage compartment, or trunk, while the rear grease management system keeps cleanup simple no matter where the griddle is parked. Rounding out its adventure-ready design are the added conveniences that make it feel like a complete outdoor kitchen in a portable footprint. Side shelves provide extra prep space for holding plates, seasonings, or utensils, and the piezo ignition pairs with a straightforward regulator hose setup for standard propane tanks, so fuel supply is never a hassle. The powder-coated finish resists rust and weathering, an important feature for a griddle meant to travel and endure varied climates. Whether it’s whipping up pancakes at a campsite, searing burgers at a tailgate, or cooking a full breakfast spread on a lake trip, the Blackstone Adventure Ready 2 Burner griddle delivers dependable, flexible, and well-lit outdoor cooking performance in a package designed to go wherever the next adventure leads.
Took this on our last camping trip and it worked great. Two burners let me cook eggs and bacon at the same time on different heat levels. Folds up nicely for the truck bed.
Works well for breakfast for four people. The edges don't get quite as hot as the center so I plan my cooking around that. Overall happy with the purchase.
Brought it to a few tailgates and it held up fine in windy conditions thanks to the hard cover acting as a shield. Seasoning took a bit of effort but cooking surface is smooth now.
I knew it was portable but didn't realize how much smaller the surface is compared to my neighbor's full Blackstone. Still cooks fine, just plan portions accordingly.
For the price this griddle is excellent. Easy to clean, heats up fast, and the legs make it stable on uneven ground at the campsite.
