Upgraded from a cheap offset smoker and the difference is night and day. Temperature holds steady for hours and the ash cleanout saves me so much time.
Fits two full racks of ribs plus a chicken with room to spare. Only wish it had WiFi control since I have to keep walking outside to check on it.
The Smart Smoke feature actually works — you can taste the difference when you crank up the smoke level. Assembly was a pain but worth it.
Cooks evenly and cleanup is much easier than my old pellet grill. Just know it's heavy to move around once assembled.
